Ray Avanzino is a residential and commercial mortgage consultant at Polaris Capitial Partners, with over 20 years of experience, helping clients with residential and commercial purchase and refinancing opportunities. Specializing in residential and commercial lending options conventional and JUMBO loans, multi-family, mixed-use, office, industrial, construction, bridge loans and more. I also offer creative private money solutions. I am a member of SAMCAR(San Mateo California Association of Realtors), of member of the San Mateo Chamber and San Mateo County Chamber and the President of the Belmont Redwood Shores Rotary.
