I am a Bay Area native and was born and raised in Burlingame. I am a proud homeowner in San Mateo where I am always out and about with my Border Collie/Terrier pup, Pepper. Mark spent 40 years in the IT industry. In his last job, he was VP of engineering. However, he always wanted to start his own business and he finally took the plunge in mid-2018, starting his own print marketing business. When COVID hit he pivoted back to his technical skills and became an independent computer consultant. When not working, Mark can be found on one of the many wonderful golf courses in the bay area. Hi, my name is Anita Varelas. From the very early days of my career, I realized that most referral businesses do a less than thorough service of placing seniors in their new Bay Area homes. That’s why I founded Neighborly Senior Placement, which is my dream come true.
