Discover today's newest regions, topics and wines with perennial best selling author Jancis Robinson as she discusses recent changes in the global winescape and leads a tasting of selected 21st Century wines from around the world that represent new areas and topics highlighted in her just released eighth edition of the World Atlas of Wine, the landmark book that has sold over 4.7 million copies to date.
Jancis Robinson is described by Decanter magazine as "the most respected wine critic and journalist in the world". Three global polls in 2018 have nominated her the world’s most influential wine writer. She publishes daily for JancisRobinson.com and weekly for the Financial Times, has authored and edited many books on the subject of wine, and advises Queen Elizabeth on her cellars.
The seated tasting experience will be followed by a walk around wine & bites reception with Ms Robinson. The completely revised new version of World Atlas of Wine, will be available for purchase & signing at the event as will a limited number of bottles selected for her tasting.
