Rediscover San Mateo Community Fest

The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Rediscover San Mateo Community Fest in the downtown area of San Mateo to bring the community together. The Event features live music, food from local San Mateo restaurants, beer & wine sales, art from CA Artists Association, and a Children's Area. The Chamber is currently seeking Sponsors for this event. Sponsors who REGISTER by July 15th will be included in the printed promotional material.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Title Series Sponsor - $10,000

As the Title Series Sponsor for the Community Fest, you receive premier billing on all promotional media including media press releases, f1yers & posters, social media, & Chamber website, including link to your business website.
Your Business Logo included on Music Stage Banner.
Announcement at the Event, acknowledging you as Title Series Sponsor.
Stage time at the Event to provide the opportunity to address the crowd.
Designated booth space available during the Event to promote & display your services.
Recognition at a San Mateo City Council Meeting.

Children's Area Sponsor - $5,000

Receive sponsor billing on all promotional media including; Chamber Website; media press releases, f1yers & posters, social media, & city website, including link to your business website.
Business Logo included on Music Stage Banner during the Event.
Announcement at the Event, acknowledging you as Children's Area Sponsor.
Stage time at the Event to provide the opportunity to address the crowd.
Option to Emcee Event, such as announcing music entertainment & raffie prize winners during Music Series when available.

Band Sponsor - $2,000

Receive sponsor billing on all promotional media including Chamber website, media press releases, fiyers & posters, social media, and city website.
Announcement at the Event, acknowledging you as Band Sponsor.
Designated booth space available to promote & display your services during the Event.

Beer Garden Sponsor - $1,000

Receive sponsor billing on all promotional media including; Chamber Website; media press releases, fiyers & posters, social media, & city website, including link to your business website.

In-kind Donations

Donations of goods & services are welcomed, & are eligible to receive sponsor benefits.
Donations of prizes and gift certificates towards weekly Music Series Raffles are welcomed & will receive business promotion on select media platforms & acknowledgment at each week of concerts.
