LeadForward Leadership Program Retreat

The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce has been shaping the future by empowering leaders for more than 30 years. We are excited to build on this history with the launch of LeadForward -- a transformative three-day retreat designed for leaders in business, nonprofits and public agencies taking place February 28 - March 2, 2025.

We have created LeadForward with busy professionals in mind. Rather than a program that stretches over many months with a big time commitment, we are offering an accelerated learning format that is intended to help participants expand their professional network, increase their leadership potential and discover how to make lasting impact in their organizations and communities.

The retreat takes place at the stunning 1440 Multiversity in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
