Event Description:
The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that this years’ Health & Wellness
Expo which will be held in conjunction with the San Mateo Pharmacist’s Association and Hillsdale
Shopping Center on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 10am-3pm. The event will be bigger and better
this year with over 50 vendors participating including community services such as blood pressure,
cholesterol, osteoporosis screenings and flu vaccinations. Our goal is to provide additional services such
as vision & dental, acupuncture, chiropractic, fitness, nutrition and general overall health information.

In addition to the educational services, there will be performances by BodyRok and Dance U-Jam on the Macy's Center Court stage throughout the day.

We invite your company to be a part of the Health & Wellness Expo which we expect will attract
hundreds of health conscious consumers in addition to the Hillsdale shoppers. The venue will be
promoted through the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce’s website and social media, in-mall
signage and social media posts throughout Hillsdale Shopping Center, and local press listing and
promotion through the San Mateo Pharmacists Association. Flyers will also be distributed to many of
the local pharmacies.

Please download and submit the Vendor application no later than August 30, 2019. Placement in Macy’s Center Court will be based upon first-come, first-serve basis.
